My Story

I’m Shaneek Williams, a Leadership Development Expert and Strategist, technology delivery leader, founder of PMPro Connect, and proud Jamaican. My personal and professional journey has shaped the leadership philosophy I now use to help emerging leaders build confidence, communicate with clarity, and become seen, heard, and valued.

Moving to the United States meant rebuilding my career from the ground up while learning what it takes to lead in environments that weren’t always designed with you in mind. That experience taught me that leadership isn’t about following someone else’s path—it’s about discovering your own voice and leading with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.

As I grew into executive leadership roles and led complex technology initiatives, I realized that lasting leadership isn’t built through performance alone. It comes from developing the confidence to communicate clearly, take ownership, and create environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
