Before the titles, there was a Caribbean immigrant rebuilding her life from scratch in a country where she had to start over.
I migrated to the U.S. in 2015 and learned, often the hard way, what it takes to lead in rooms that weren’t built for you. Over the past decade, I’ve turned that lived experience into a body of work: helping large organizations bring order to complex programs, and helping women find their voice without losing themselves.
Today, I’m a delivery leader, speaker, and founder of PMPro Connect, working across leadership development and operational execution.
