I’ve spent the last decade learning that lesson from the inside of complex, high-pressure environments, leading programs, aligning stakeholders, and figuring out how to communicate with confidence long before anyone gave me permission. That experience became the foundation for the work I do now.
Today, I’m a delivery leader, Leadership Development Expert and Strategist, and founder of PMPro Connect. Through my leadership work, including Align by Design and the VOICE Principle, I help emerging leaders build clarity, ownership, confidence, and lasting leadership capability.
